Two ways to use it.
Three levels of support.
Read the reporting yourself, or have a Microsoft 365 specialist read it with you. The reporting itself is the same in every plan: every domain, refreshed daily, in the NowCloud portal. What differs is how much independent interpretation comes with it.
For organisations that want an objective starting point for their Microsoft 365 environment and the most important follow-up points.
- The reporting across Intune, Entra, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
- Cross-workload findings and priorities
- One review conversation with a Microsoft 365 specialist
- A prioritised action list for internal or MSP follow-up
For IT and security teams that need ongoing independent visibility into their Microsoft 365 environment.
- Recurring review conversations at an agreed cadence
- Trend and history: what moved since the last review
- More room for expert interpretation
- Everything in Baseline Review
For larger environments where security, governance and supplier oversight need recurring management-level discussion.
- Reviews at management and board level
- Management summary and priority view
- Room for additional stakeholders in the review
- Everything in Continuous Oversight
Final scope, review cadence, stakeholders and any additional consultancy are aligned during intake.
Always included
- Daily refreshed reporting in the NowCloud portal
- Every domain we read, in every plan
- Read-only access: configuration and metadata only
- Cross-workload analysis
- A prioritised action list from every review
- Isolated data per customer
Want the findings put right as well?
Remediation and implementation are a separate assignment, agreed after the review with a clear scope, starting point and intended result.
Frequently asked
Why do you not show public prices?
NowCloud is an independent audit and consultancy practice. The right scope depends on tenant size, complexity, review cadence, stakeholders and required depth. We therefore align price and scope after an intake conversation.
How quickly do we see something?
Hours, not weeks. Once an administrator has granted read-only consent, the first reporting follows the same day. From then on it refreshes daily and builds up history, so you can see which way a finding is moving rather than only where it stands today.
Does NowCloud change our Microsoft 365 tenant?
Not in the base service. The independent review is read-only and does not require write permissions. We read configuration and metadata only, never the content of a message or a document. Remediation or implementation can be scoped separately as its own assignment.
Is this a replacement for our MSP?
No. NowCloud provides independent assessment alongside daily operations. The outcome helps IT management and security discuss sharper questions, priorities and follow-up actions with internal teams or the operating partner.
Which Microsoft 365 domains do you assess?
Intune, Entra, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams today, in every plan, and the set grows as we add sources. Defender is read as one aggregated view across Defender XDR rather than per component, and OneDrive sits under SharePoint. The review focuses on relationships, deviations, risk indicators and follow-up across these domains.
What do we receive after a review?
The reporting itself stays available in the portal and keeps refreshing. On top of that you get independent findings, interpretation in a review conversation, and a prioritised action list for internal follow-up or discussion with your MSP, including in the single conversation in Baseline Review. Findings are advisory and designed to sharpen decision-making.
Can we export the reports, or get alerts?
No. The reporting is delivered through the NowCloud portal and nowhere else: there is no direct Power BI access, no export and no alerting. It is a place to look, deliberately, rather than another feed to keep up with.
How is data kept separate?
NowCloud uses tenant isolation throughout the process and works with a dedicated Microsoft Fabric environment per customer. The base service is designed around read-only access and separated customer environments.
