Why independent assessment matters
Daily Microsoft 365 operations sit with someone: an internal team, an MSP, an operating partner, often a mix. That is practical, and it does not change who remains responsible for risk, priority and decision-making.
Whoever it is, they are close to configuration, support and change delivery. That proximity is valuable for operations, but it also makes objective distance harder: nobody audits their own work well. Periodic independent review gives you a clearer view of what stands out and what deserves sharper questions.

NowCloud is built for IT managers, security officers and internal IT teams in larger mid-market and enterprise environments, whether Microsoft 365 is run in-house, handed to an operating partner, or split between the two.
What we assess
We combine signals from Intune, Entra, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams. The value is in the relationship between those domains: exceptions, access risk, device posture, collaboration and security signals are not treated as isolated portal views.
The outcome is not an automated score. It is an advisory view with context: findings, interpretation in a review conversation and an action list for internal follow-up or for whoever runs the environment.
Read-only and tenant-isolated
The base service does not require write permissions and does not change tenant configuration. NowCloud reads authorised data through Microsoft Graph after admin consent and processes customer data in a tenant-isolated way, with a dedicated Microsoft Fabric environment per customer.
Consultancy when needed
Additional consultancy can be booked separately. If implementation work is needed, it is scoped through a clear assignment with a starting point, intended outcome and boundaries, separate from the independent review that came first.
